Brian Duncan, your Little Neck Insider, has been representing buyers and sellers across Hampton Roads, VA since 2006. Known for his reliability, strategic approach, and unwavering integrity, Brian has built a reputation as a trusted real estate professional dedicated to delivering results for his clients. He is the President of Brian Duncan Group, Inc. at Creed Realty in Virginia Beach, where he focuses on residential real estate sales throughout the region.

Before launching his career in real estate, Brian served in the U.S. Army as a Saxophone Player with the 82nd Airborne Division Band, including a deployment to Iraq in 2003, and later with the U.S. Army Forces Command in Atlanta, GA. His love of music continues today—he regularly performs with the Top Hats Big Band and several local community ensembles.

When he’s not helping clients or supporting local causes, Brian enjoys running, photography, surfing, and spending time with his wife and daughters. As the Little Neck Insider, he’s excited to showcase the places to See, Do, Eat, and Explore throughout Little Neck and the greater Virginia Beach area.
